Athens Table
designed by Stanley Jay Friedman

Inspired by classical imagery, the Athens Table reinterprets order and harmony with elegant simplicity. Wood columns rise from a cascading metal base to support the linear wood top, which terminates in gently radiused edges. Available in extension versions of different sizes and shapes, and in companion credenza.

Construction
Base: Wood cylindrical columns, resting on a sculpted stainless steel base, featuring 1" high stainless steel column base rings, on a 3" high square edge platform, which steps down to 2” radius quarter round shoes with truncated ends
Top: 3" thick wood top featuring undercut solid wood radiused edges at each end, flanked by square edge sides. Extension version opens to receive two 20" extension leaves.
Materials & Finishes
Platform Base and Column Ring: Available in polished or satin stainless steel.
Also available in Brutone bronzes or gunmetal grays, with an upcharge.
Wood Column Base and Top: Available in all Brueton woods.
